Lynne's career started with her Advanced Executive Presentation practice. Clients spanned a wide range of industries with Senior Management, Lawyers, Educators, Sales teams, and Entertainers. Later, in the the JCPenney Company New York headquarters, she was the Director of JCPenney National Training Network to develop and implement programs globally.

She created, "Lynne Crystal Company,LLC - Management Development Consultants" in 1988. Today's clients span the Executive Suites of Fortune 500 companies in the USA, Puerto Rico, Canada, South America, Europe and Asia. Lynne is a certified IMAGO Relationship Educator as well as a Professional Speaker. She has been affiliated with the National Speakers Association, the Board Member Institute of NJ, the American Society for Training & Development and was an adjunct professor at the New School Graduate School of Management. She is a member of New Jersey's largest business intensive chamber, "Gateway Regional Chamber of Commerce" and is Chair of its Workforce-Education Committee.

Lynne received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology from SUNY Fredonia and did select graduate study at Columbia University. She was graduated with honors from New York's High School of Performing Arts (aka FAME!). For her own development her interests include: writing, yoga, the "peaceful" art of aikido (2nd degree Black Belt) and theater. She lives with her husband Ted in central New Jersey.
Lynne plans to write books based on her many fascinating experiences with her magnificent clients from all over the world. With her very active schedule we look forward to these books being  published....Someday.
