Her involvement in Management Development began in 1978 with her practice specializing in Advanced Executive Presentation. Her clients spanned a wide range of industries including Senior Management, Lawyers, Educators, Sales teams, and Entertainers. Later, in the New York headquarters of the JCPenney Company, she was the Director of JCPenney National Training Network. Her programs were used nationally and internationally.
"Lynne Crystal Company - Management Development Consultants" was created in 1988. Today's clients range from the Professional to the Executive Suites of Fortune 500 companies in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada, South America, Europe and Asia. Lynne is a certified IMAGO relationship educator as well as a professional speaker. She has been affiliated with the National Speakers Association, the Board Member Institute of NJ, the American Society for Training & Development,the IMAGO Institute, and was an adjunct professor at the New School Graduate School of Management. She holds memberships in the Gateway and Eastern Monmouth County Chambers of Commerce.
Lynne received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology from SUNY Fredonia and did select graduate study at Columbia University. She was graduated with honors from New York's famous "High School of Performing Arts." For her own development her interests include: writing, yoga, the "peaceful" art of aikido (Black Belt) and theater. She lives with her husband Ted in central New Jersey.
Now available through her company is her CD "Lynne Crystal Conducts... American Standard Voice & Diction" - Accent Elimination for American and International Clients. She plans to author a book or two on Advanced Executive Presentation Skills and American Management Survival Skills. With her very active schedule we will expect these books to be published....Someday.
